ICT srl is a dynamic company based in Pinerolo (TO) specialized in technical and commercial consultancy in the precision mechanics sector. As part of a growth plan for the consultancy division, the company intends to strengthen its staff with the inclusion of a technical and organizational consultant for its customers in Europe and Asia.
The suitable candidate has experience of at least 4-5 years in the operational management of series production companies (preferably in the precision mechanics sector) with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methods (pull system, value stream mapping, kaizen, kanban, TPM ) and with a degree in management or mechanical engineering. Knowledge of English is considered a must, while knowledge of other foreign languages is an important plus.
Candidates from brilliant new engineers, graduates with an excellent degree, with an open and multicultural spirit and with a strong motivation to achieve results and professional growth will also be considered.
Job requirements
The consultant will take care of business development with new customers, on-site support for the activities of re-engineering of production flows and staff training in lean manufacturing and lean organization techniques. His place of work will be in the province of Turin, although several trips on the national territory and abroad will be required.
