The customer is specialized in unique bearings produced in low-medium volumes with own design aimed at minimizing rolling friction in application and to increase the capability to carry loads. Furthermore, it offers custom manufacturing and machined parts.
The co-investor is ideally a company already active in the bearings industry, capable to bring manufacturing competences and financial equity investment to allow to widen the company scope and strategically plan for sales growth.
